Shop Bought or Homemade
Tzatziki is readily available in supermarkets, usually next to the hummus and other fresh dips. You can either use shop bought or try making your own using this Tzatziki recipe – it’s up to you!
Greek Chicken Wrap

140g feta cheese, crumbled
2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken (425g)
200g tub tzatziki
4 wraps/ lavash bread/ flat bread
Directions
- Combine spinach, cheese, chicken and tzatziki in large bowl.
- Place one-quarter mixture along short side of one piece of wrap; roll to enclose filling.
- Repeat with remaining mixture and bread.

- Tzatziki, a Greek yoghurt and cucumber dip, is available from the refrigerator section of supermarkets
