Lemon Pepper Glaze
This lemon pepper glaze couldn’t be easier or tastier. Very quick to make, it will add a tangy kick to any pork or chicken dish.
What is lemon pepper
Lemon pepper seasoning is made from granulated lemon zest and coarsely ground black pepper corns. This zesty seasoning has a wonderful lemon aroma, and a nice mellow kick from the peppercorns.
It was designed for use with seafood, but works really well with pork and chicken too.
Sweet and tangy lemon pepper glaze
By using the lemon pepper in this glaze, you will get a delicious sweetness, akin to asian cuisine. The glaze is sticky from the reduced sugars, and will make the dish shiny and appealing.
Use on chicken wings for a sweet and peppery match day treat.

Chicken Wings
The first flavour that comes to mind when you think of chicken wings might be Buffalo—and it’s a classic for a reason. But there are also plenty of other sauces, marinades and recipes you can try, whether you’re baking your wings, frying them, or even grilling them.
Pork Loin Roast
Our roast is scored, rolled and tied. A great tip is to place your pork loin fat side up in your roasting pan. By doing this you’re allowing the fat layer to baste the roast as it cooks.
