Ingredients
½ cup chopped fresh mango
½ cup cream
¼ cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
2 teaspoons French mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Blend or process mango until smooth. Combine mango puree, cream, wine, nuts, pepper and mustard in pan, stir over heat until heated through. Stir in chives.
- Serves 4 – Makes about 1 cup
