Tzatziki is readily available in supermarkets, usually next to the hummus and other fresh dips. You can either use shop bought or try making your own using this Tzatziki recipe – it’s up to you!

Ingredients

  • 140g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken (425g)

  • 200g tub tzatziki

  • 4 wraps/ lavash bread/ flat bread

Directions

  • Combine spinach, cheese, chicken and tzatziki in large bowl.
  • Place one-quarter mixture along short side of one piece of wrap; roll to enclose filling.
  • Repeat with remaining mixture and bread.

  • Tzatziki, a Greek yoghurt and cucumber dip, is available from the refrigerator section of supermarkets
