Creamy Madeira Sauce

Madeira sauce is rich, slightly sweet, and very delicious accompaniment to beef, pork or chicken. Madeira sauce is traditionally served with beef wellington, but it works with many proteins.

Perfect for beef wellington

Whether you choose to do a full family-size beef wellington, or a small individual serving (rump steak is great for this), madeira sauce is the perfect accompaniment.

Chicken & tarragon are a match made in heaven

Chicken and tarragon are a perfect match, and madeira sauce works just as well with chicken as it does with beef. If you are wanting a sauce that works with multiple dishes, then madeira might be exactly the sauce you are looking for.
