Spice up your pork bbq
Spice up your pork BBQ with JP’s spicy version of the same marinade! This homemade marinade is perfectly balanced with the sweet, smokey and heat. Leave it marinating for 24 hours in the fridge for the best results.
Other products to use JP’s marinade with:
- Marinate your pork or chicken schnitzel before breading it
- Marinate your pork fillet for 24 hours, then roll in black pepper and herbs before searing and then popping in the oven until cooked.
- Add a dash of JP’s marinade to pork mince burgers!
Sweet & Smokey Marinated Pork Kebabs

400g diced pork
1/4 pineapple, diced
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion, large dice
8 rashers of thick cut streaky bacon, cut into 3 sections
Directions
- Assemble your kebabs, alternating the cubed marinated pork with the peppers, pineapple, bacon and onion.
- Brush with more marinade as you barbecue the kebabs
- Serve with salads and barbecued corn on the cob
