Lemon Cream Sauce

1 cup double thick cream (heavy cream)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Use a medium sized saucepan on medium to medium/high heat
- Combine the cream, Lemon juice & lemon pepper seasoning
- Slowly bring to a gentle boil, then turn the temperature down to a low simmer
- Once sauce is simmering add Parmesan cheese. Mix until cheese is melted
- Allow to simmer for a few minutes – sauce is ready
