Ingredients

  • 1 cup double thick cream (heavy cream)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Use a medium sized saucepan on medium to medium/high heat
  • Combine the cream, Lemon juice & lemon pepper seasoning
  • Slowly bring to a gentle boil, then turn the temperature down to a low simmer
  • Once sauce is simmering add Parmesan cheese. Mix until cheese is melted
  • Allow to simmer for a few minutes – sauce is ready
