Lemon Pepper Glaze

This lemon pepper glaze couldn’t be easier or tastier. Very quick to make, it will add a tangy kick to any pork or chicken dish.

What is lemon pepper

Lemon pepper seasoning is made from granulated lemon zest and coarsely ground black pepper corns. This zesty seasoning has a wonderful lemon aroma, and a nice mellow kick from the peppercorns.

It was designed for use with seafood, but works really well with pork and chicken too.

Sweet and tangy lemon pepper glaze

By using the lemon pepper in this glaze, you will get a delicious sweetness, akin to asian cuisine. The glaze is sticky from the reduced sugars, and will make the dish shiny and appealing.

Use on chicken wings for a sweet and peppery match day treat.
